Yes, we have FREE shipping within Canada and into the USA.
Tell me about shipping to Canada and the USA.
We use Canada Post Priority Mail for all deliveries. It is a trackable shipment and includes $100 of insurance.
How long will it take to ship to Canada and US?
You can keep track of your shipment with your tracking number. This will be emailed to you as soon as the shipping label is purchased on our end. Canada Post is experiencing some delays due to COVID-19, but things seem to be pretty quick.
When will my order ship?
As per our shipping notes in the product descriptions, we will ship your order within ONE TO TWO WEEKS of receiving the order. You will receive an email notification complete with a tracking number.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email marnieandmichaelstore@gmail.com or call 1-705-549-7565. Marnie & Michael is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Contact us ASAP and hopefully the order hasn't been processed.

How do I place a return or exchange?

All returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving the order. Order information must be made available at the time of the request.
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment.

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
