Mental Health Resources
As a child of a parent struggling with mental illness, I always felt alone. No one talked mental health openly. And it was hard for anyone to appreciate what I was going through.
I have a unique voice from my personal experiences and will continue to support the conversations around mental health in any way possible.
Thankfully time changes difficult situations. Our conversations, research, acceptance and honestly around mental health have come along way since I was a child. And even though we have much more work to do, there are many individuals, organizations and mental health professionals doing amazing work in this space.
Our list of resources here includes crisis-level connections, as well as ongoing support and programs.
Getting the right support and help is integral. Feeling heard and seen is life-changing. Remember to be kind to yourself on this journey. And please know - you are not alone.
